Senior Recruiter Network (SRN) is a recruitment initiative by HUM Communities to engage senagers in their own time, their own turf and to provide them with a platform where they can kickstart their entrepreneurial journey by onboarding them as partners at HUM Communities.

, a Dubai and London headquartered Search Firm that specializes in identifying Top-Performing Talent for its Clients across the US, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. It is a Firm built by Industry Veterans, Ex-Bankers, and Early Stage Investors. It started in Dubai in 2013 and now works out of Europe, Africa, and India.
The Partner Model
SRN runs on a commission-based partner model as below -
Recruitment Partner (RP)
On successful placement of every candidate, the RP will be eligible for a fixed commission -
- Recruiter Share (If only screening) - As Mutually Agreed
- Recruiter Share (If screening + sourcing) - As Mutually Agreed
Business Development Partner (BDP)
On successful placement of every candidate, the BDP will be eligible for a fixed commission -
- Business Development Share - As Mutually Agreed
- Client Management/Engagement Share - As Mutually Agreed
Frequently Asked Questions
- How does Recruitment Work?
Once the RP is assigned a Recruitment Mandate, a Network Recruiter from SRN will share a few relevant Resumes as per the Job Description of the Mandate. The RP will be expected to screen/assess the Candidate after reviewing their Resumes and filling up the Senior Recruiter Assessment(SRA) Sheet after talking to the Candidate.
Please Note - The frequency of the Resume will be a direct function of the bandwidth / availability of the Network Recruiter.
- Can I Source/Find/Refer Candidates on my own?
Yes!
If you wish to Source Candidates on Your Own and Earn a Higher Commission on Every Successful Placement, You can get Your Own Online Database Access at the following Rates -
- Single-User Login - ₹ 7500/Month
- Shared Login - ₹ 3750/Month

- How does Business Development work?
Once the BDP receives the BD mailers/flyers from the Network Recruiter, they will be expected to -
- Generate a Lead - By introducing SRN to Employers who are looking to Hire Talent or are in Search of Recruitment Consultants.
- Convert a Lead - By getting a Recruitment Mandate from the Employer and in turn Converting the Lead into a Customer/Client of SRN.
- Manage/Engage the Client* - By working closely with the Recruiter assigned to the Recruitment Mandate and Managing the regular delivery/follow-ups with the said Client, the BDP can earn a Higher Commission on Every Successful Placement of a Candidate.
- What if I don't wish to Manage/Engage the Client?
No Worries!
SRN will take care of it on your behalf and you will be eligible for the Business Development Share.
